For 3 Days of Design, Svenskt Tenn<\/a> decorated a 270-square-meter (approximately 2,900-square-foot) apartment, offering a lived-in alternative to a typical showroom presentation. Per Dezeen<\/em><\/a>, the installation featured several designs by Josef Frank<\/a>, including his patterned wallpapers and iconic Flora cabinet<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n

A new exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts in Rouen, France, considers the work of Maxime Old<\/a>, an influential exponent of interior architecture. Open through January 2026, “Maxime Old, Homme d’int\u00e9rieurs” presents both furniture and reconstructions of spaces designed by Old. In addition, a salon curated by New York gallery Maison Gerard<\/a> displays work by the designer contextualized with furniture and artwork that span nearly 500 years. <\/p>\n\n\n

The first Celine<\/a> collection helmed by Michael Rider<\/a> debuted in Paris this week, Harper\u2019s Bazaar<\/em> reports<\/a>, far ahead of the official start of Paris Fashion Week, in October. Unsurprisingly given Rider\u2019s most recent role, as creative director at Polo Ralph Lauren<\/a>, there\u2019s a preppy bent to the assortment, with button ups, blazers and pleated pants aplenty.<\/p>\n\n\n
