Lightweight semi sheer cotton voile looks great alone, or with a slip under. Attached beaded 'necktie' at bodice. White seed beads in a gridlock pattern scattered throughout the dress, with colorful seed beads in floral designs intertwined. Honestly, this piece belongs in a museum, but is still totally wearable, with only one small repair to one sleeve, which is unnoticeable. The ethereal pink and gold color palette touches a deep chord in our collective aesthetic consciousness. As fashion lovers, we never tire from antique fabrics; they will always be fresh to modern eyes. I adore the shimmer gold threading around the deco petal motif patterned fabric. The sleeveless bodice has a gorgeous side flower-applique which mirrors the petal print. The colorful enamel belt is masterpiece in itself.
