Elegant and delicate tea set in Italian porcelain, composed by 6 shaped cups with shaped saucer; they all have a central miniature, surrounded by pure gold decorations, representing female figures dressed in ancient Roman clothes in a rural landscape; the border is of a nice color between scarlet and crimson, typical of amaranth flowers, ornamental plant; the handle is very elaborate and decorated in gold; on the saucer there are elegantly embossed decorations and others in pure gold. The mark on the bottom (see photo) tells us that they were produced between 1935 and 1940 by Società Ceramica Italiana...
