This exceptional antique George V sterling silver tray has a rectangular rounded form. The surface of this sterling silver gallery tray is plain and unembellished. The impressive deep gallery border is ornamented with pierced decorated vertical geometric baluster style designs. The rim of the gallery is embellished with an applied reed decorated border. This antique silver tray is fitted with a pair of sterling silver handles embellished with scrolling leaf decoration to the terminals. The tray is supported by four impressive bun style feet.
