Lucio Perinotto

Lucio Perinotto was born in Bordeaux, France, in 1947 to Italian parents. After studying at art school, he became a full-time professional artist in the early 1970s and has concentrated on aeronautical subjects for most of his career. Fascinated by the ambience of hydroplanes and high-speed flight, by the 1940s and 1950s, his work was regularly featured on the covers of the French aviation magazine Le Fana de l’Aviation.
