Mindi Mond Chandelier Earrings

What began as a lifelong passion for collecting estate jewelry blossomed into an international luxury brand for New York City-based jewelry designer Mindi Mond. With one-of-a-kind statement pieces that draw on the timeless beauty of the Victorian, Edwardian and Georgian eras to offerings that bear the mark of Art Deco, Mond’s exquisite accessories are favorites among celebrities and some of the world’s most exclusive retailers. 

Mond’s career began in the fashion industry before she shifted her focus toward jewelry design. In 2009, Mond debuted her brand with the Reconceived Collection, which features authentic period pieces that are only slightly modified in order to complement contemporary wear. A pair of Mond’s dangle earrings from the collection, for example, was created from jewelry that originated during the popular Art Deco period of the 1920s and features old European-cut diamonds set in platinum. Another is a delicate original Victorian pendant necklace with saltwater pearls and old mine-cut diamonds set in platinum and backed with 14-karat gold.

Mond followed the Reconceived Collection with other designs, such as a modern diamond and 18-karat gold collection she introduced in 2011. Additional lines include the Clarity collection with band rings, stud earrings and bracelets designed with clean, geometric lines, the Icon collection featuring vivid precious gemstones such as rubies, emeralds and sapphires set in bold, eye-catching designs, and the provocative Lady M collection with mystical and avant-garde cocktail rings, drop necklaces and chandelier earrings. 

Since the establishment of Mond’s luxury brand, her pieces have gained considerable attention among Hollywood celebrities and music industry figures. Taylor Swift, Nicole Kidman, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Gigi Hadid, Jodie Comer and Scarlett Johansson have all been seen wearing Mond’s pieces to gala events. Her jewelry has also been featured in several publications, including Vogue Italia and Harper’s Bazaar.
