Absolutely breathtaking walnut dining table of Italian modernist styling with an elliptical oval top over a single pedestal with four curved tapering outstretched legs around a brass hoop ring and hand cast solid brass sabots raised on brass ball feet.
The intensely figural walnut top is open grain and satin finished.
The underside of the table has a molded dome-like edge all the way around including under the leaf.
Measures: 28 inches high
42-3/4 inches wide at center.

Beautifully refinished mahogany tall boy chest of four drawers by Gilbert Rohde for Herman Miller's 4140 collection with original off-white "leather cloth" (Fabrikoid) padded drawers. Top drawer is fitted with vide poche sliding and removable tray.
