Woman at the River is a beautiful drypoint made by the French painter, illustrator, and writer Amandine Doré in the second half of the 20th century. The state of preservation of the artwork is very good, although the paper has some dark stains that do not affect its reading. This original print shows a very sensual naked woman on a riverbank inside a forest. Amandine Doré (Paris, 1912-2011) is one of the pseudonyms of Odette Amandine Bonne, who signed also as “Aurèa” or “Madame”, according to the type of subject matter of her artworks.
