Murano Vintage Sommerso Blue Green Italian Art Glass Flower Shaped Bowl Ashtray
About the Item
Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso blue green Italian art glass flower shape bowl / ashtray. Created in the style of designer Alfredo Barbini, circa 1960-1970. The bowl has a double rim, one created by the outside petals, and another on the inside. There are 5 decorative indents around the rim that can hold cigarettes if you with to use it that way. Would make a great display piece on any desk, dresser or coffee table. Use it as a catchall, or candy dish. Made with very thick glass. Mid-century era. Measures: 7" long x 7" wide x 2 1/2" high.
