Unique Limoges France Hand Painted Porcelain Vase Trinket Box with Floral Motif
About the Item
Collectible and very unique, Limoges porcelain miniature trinket box is handmade and hand painted in France. It features beautiful blue and orange tone flowers and leaves with touches of gold covering the long neck vase shaped box. Accenting the box on the top of the neck of the vase and surrounding the border of the octagon shaped bottom is rich antique gold finish painted trim. The porcelain box features rims or fittings of richly patterned antique gold gilt finish metal and the closure is a petite flower. From the Limoges region in France, where very little has changed in the manufacture of these fine miniature works of art in 300 years.
Hallmarked, "Peint Main Chamart Exclusif Limoges France" is written on the bottom of the box.
