Mid-19th Century Italian Carved Silver and Gilt Candle Holder
About the Item
This elegant antique candle holder was created in Italy circa 1860. Standing on three paw feet over a triangular base, the tall candlestick features a carved stem dressed with a metal bobeche at the pediment. The dramatic, embellished candle holder is in excellent condition and adorn a rich two-tone patinated silver leaf and gold leaf finish. Place is on a landing or bathtub or converted it into a table lamp. Candle included.
