WMF German Jugendstil Silver Plated Large Hound by Fritz Diller
About the Item
A scarce German Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik WMF Jugendstil silver plated model of a large standing hound by Fritz Diller and dating from circa 1906. The figure is sculpted standing with wonderful definition of its features with great detail to the muscular shape of the body and legs. The hound wears a leather strap collar and has well defined facial features. Impressed WMF EP AS to the base of one paw.
