Bode Willumsen for Royal Copenhagen, beautiful footed stoneware pitcher in rare deep earthy red glazed ceramic, 1940s. Designed by Danish ceramist Bode Willumsen and manufactured by Royal Copenhagen in the early 1940s, this piece is fully signed and stamped to the base with number 38 - 2917 and Designer's Monogram. The piece measures 16.5 cm in height, and is preserved in pristine conditions. A great example of classical Danish Mid-Century pottery.
