Cut glass and silver sherry decanter by Roberts & Belk
English, 1981
Measures: Height 25cm, diameter 13cm
This fine decanter features a traditionally shaped cut glass body topped with a cut glass stopper. The neck of the decanter is draped with an ornate silver label reading ‘Sherry’, while the glass body is engraved to one side with ‘Scott & Sheffield / Industrial Steels’ and to the other with ‘London’. The silver is fully hallmarked for the Sheffield silversmiths Roberts & Belk.
