Antique English Silver Plated Strawberry Server Set with Figural Shell Dishes
About the Item
This antique silver plated berry server is signed by an unknown maker, but believed to originate from England and date to approximately 1920 and done in a slightly earlier Edwardian style. The set is composed of a rack or stand with bun feet, two scalloped shell shaped dishes and a sugar bowl and creamer. The top of the rack functions as a handle and each piece fits securely into stand. The dishes and cream and sugar set are all hallmarked "A & Co. Ltd". on the bottom.
