Pair Of bark effect silver napkin rings,wakely and wheeler, London,1973 Extremely heavy quality weighing 3.66 troy ounces the two. At this time "Bark Effect" was a very popular way of fashioning silver. Wakely and Wheeler were still making hand made silver and were a long established family silversmithing business dating back to 1791 under the name of John Lias of London.
