This is an antique afternoon tea service. An English, silver plated 3 piece set with serving tray, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910.
Attractive service with engraved detail
Displays a desirable aged patina, wonderfully natural tarnish
Electroplated silver in good order throughout
Naturally colored finish commensurate with age
Large circular serving tray with engraved foliate motif in fine detail
The rolled edge finished with an eye-catching pierced and gadrooned border

Removable lid to sugar dish with a repeat of the tree finial
Each piece raised upon a quartet of small, serpentine legs with foliate embossed mounts
