Palatial French Art Deco Frosted Art Glass Octagonal Chandelier, Signed Sabino

About the Item

Enormous and spectacular French Art Deco chandelier by Sabino. Three tiers of varied size molded art glass panels in a waterfall design typifies this architecturally Modern looking chandelier. The cascading frosted and polished geometric patterned art glass sit side by side creating a frameless appearance. This rare multitude of 48 glass panels plus the central glass tiered in a stepped formation is framed by a wide nickel plated octagonal steel surround. Created during the time of the Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes, the Paris Exhibition of 1925. Can be used in a dining room, entry foyer, mansion, hotel lobby, commercial installation, bedroom or anywhere a powerful statement is warranted.
