About the Item
A very lovely Chinoiserie floor lamp in turned and polychromed wood with ebonized (black) background & hand-painted in gold depicting figure in landscape with flowers and fern leaves. England, dated 1932 (appears on small dedication plaque). Newly electrified, with new cream-colored shade and antique brass finial.

- Condition:Refinished. Wear consistent with age and use. Beautifully restored in our workshop. As shown in photos the turning is slightly bowed and not 100% as straight as it was when first turned. The lamp can be moved around a bit to show off its best side to mitigate the bow.
