Vintage Designer Spotlight Tripod Floor Lamp
About the Item
A vintage Mid-Century Modern Industrial metal spotlight mounted on a period heavy-duty wood and metal tripod that is permanently attached to a triangular metal plate accentuated with removeable welded barbells.
Both the tripod and the fixture of this lamp have been skillfully repurposed from their original Industrial application to an exquisite and attractive home floor lamp. They have been professionally refinished and refurbished for a smooth and clean natural metal and wood Industrial retro look.
The concept and execution of this lamp was executed by Montreal-based creative designer Guy Montour, also known for his design work at the world-renowned Cirque Du Soleil, a modern-day travelling circus extravaganza that has been to all four corners of the world.
The fixture itself accepts Edison-base incandescent or LED lightbulbs.
(Edison BASE = Standard house light bulb base). The round opaque glass diffuser measures 18.25 in. in diameter. The angle of the whole fixture is adjustable.
