Italian Neoclassical Style Framed Man and Woman Kissing Statue / Sconce, a Pair
About the Item
A one of a kind and very rare pair of framed Italian Neoclassical statue of a man and woman kissing. The framed art work includes many details as if the kiss scene is depicted in a theatre setting. Framed in a beautiful antiqued glass frame, the inside in black velvet shows gold gilded curtains with floral decor on the top opening up to reveal a "God" and "Goddess" kissing in Cupid style , both are intertwined to form one and are enveloped in flowers and grapes. On the top of the statue is a sconce / pendant in a cylindric shape with filigree design embellished with crystal prisms hanging to bring light to the love scene but also to your room. This pair of art work will add light to your room while elevating the style and creating a tobe of romance and history.
