Maxime Old (1910-1991).
Two exceptional polished bronze & brass pair of sconces.
When the sconces are turned ON at night different colors of the bronze appear to make visible the different patinas,
France, circa 1946.
Excellent condition, some marks on the bronze and on the patina
Brand new custom Ivory pongee (silk) lamp shades
Rewired for US
Sconce: H.18"x W.12"1/2 x D.7"1/2 each.
