A collection of interior photos and portraits featuring the opulent houses and affluent people of the 1960s, photographed by the renowned fashion photographer Horst P. Horst with a foreword by Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief throughout the period, Diana Vreeland. This book features over 200 color illustrations by Horst and a series of informative texts by Valentine Lawford granting a glimpse into the lives of some of the most affluent and creative people of the 1960s, whilst documenting the art, architecture, furniture, objects, gardens and houses that surround them.
Hardback, near to 200 pages with copious colour illustrations and English language text throughout.
