About the Item

Two pairs of French modernist Art Deco armchairs/pull-up chairs by Rene Prou, circa 1930 in French walnut. Model exhibited at 1929 Salon d’Automne and pictured in the book, Rene Prou, Between Art Deco and Modernism. The last several photos show the now-restored frames. Please note: These chairs are unrestored in the photographs with upholstery. The frames have recently been fully restored and are awaiting final upholstering. Pricing is per pair including upholstering with client supplied fabric.
