About the Item
Set of twelve dining chairs, black lacquered oak, fabric, Italy, 1970s.
Outstanding set of twelve geometric Italian dining chairs. These chairs combine a sculptural design that is simple, but very strong in lines and proportions with a luxurious feeling thanks to the eccentric color combination of the black lacquered oak and bold red fabric upholstery. Although the frame of the chair is very sculptural, the curved back creates some softness to the overall look. Note how the straight lines of the back flow wonderfully into the rear leg. This thought-out detail proves that the designer created this model with the highest care. Undoubtedly, these chairs will add grace to any interior.
Please note that we have a large number of these chairs in stock, which makes this model a great choice to furnish a sizeable space, for example a lobby or dining area.

Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftsmen and -women in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
