About the Item

This "President's" Art Deco rattan Mamma and Papa lounge chair set with tapered legs named after the FDR using the same type of furniture aboard his presidential yacht the USS Potomac beginning in the late 1930s. The set includes a wing back and round back seat chair with similar but unique designs perfect for a mama and papa chair set in the living room. "mama" Round back Chair dimensions: 25 in Lx 23 inches W 38inches in height 21 inches in seat depth and 18inches from the seat the floor "Papa" Wingback Chair dimensions: 43in H x 26 in w 26 in L 18in Seat height 21 seat depth Restored to like new for you. Tropical Sun Rattan was started in 1934 at 117 West Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. By 1938 we had showrooms in the Los Angeles and San Francisco furniture marts and have been selling rattan furniture ever since.
