Bert England Orientation Group Walnut and Brass Bar Cabinet for John Widdicomb
About the Item
Often misattributed to Monteverdi Young, this bar cabinet constructed of walnut woods, solid brass, and anodized aluminum is actually designed by Bert England for his John Widdicomb Furniture Orientation Group. A single door is accessed by a large solid brass fixed door knocker style pull. Opens down and revels an open cabinet for bottles and drinking glass storage. The top is a sheet of brass, lacquered and patinated. Four conical legs are anodized aluminum and patinated.
