19th Century Painted French Empire Chest of Drawers with Marble Top

Period antique French Empire painted chest of drawers with beautiful black marble top. Beautiful decorative lion brass hardware and working key. Early and all original. Footed legs in front. Could mix well with Swedish and Gustavian pieces as well.

    Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. This piece is in great condition for its age. There are some dents and dings to the finish commensurate to its age which makes the piece even more charming. a rare find.
