Elegant 1950s "Monaco" Sideboard by Gerard Guermonprez for Magnani, Paris

About the Item

High quality "Monaco" Sideboard designed by Gerard Guermonperez in 1957. The entire outside of the sideboard is made from a beautiful birch veneer. The interior is covered in a walnut veneer which gives a great contrast. The sideboard has four doors which have no handels, they give it a Minimalist character. The doors open automatically by pushing a brass button on the side. The sideboard has a lacquered tubular metal base with adjustable brass feet. Inside you will find two small drawers and a brass plaque with designers name.
