Art Deco Walnut and GoatSkin Italian Sideboard, 1940
About the Item
From Italian style this sideboard made of walnut wood is embellished with goatskin inserts. A subtle all over patina emphasizes the grain of the walnut.
It consists of two side doors covered in goatskin and three drawers in the middle of walnut veneer. A lock at the top allows you to keep the doors closed, while a large central knob allows you to open the central drawers and also beautifies the doors. Inside the two doors have two shelves. To notice the four corners of the sideboard two tall rounded and two squared low, give movement to the sideboard. Even the legs centralized, are covered in goatskin have a slightly pyramid shape.
Restored by the expert hands of our atelier, this item has no defects, but it may show slight traces of use. For each piece, before the departure, a revision is redone, to make sure it arrives in excellent condition.
