Modern Industry Tabac Series Sideboard in Walnut and Blackened Steel
About the Item
Solid book-matched black walnut with acid blackened steel accents give the Tabac side board a contemporary, industrial edge, while maintaing Classic midcentury lines and proportions.
Three center drawers are flanked by two steel inlayed doors, each of which open to reveal a single adjustable shelf. Optional leather or hot rolled steel pulls. Drawers and doors are equipped with soft-close hardware, and the piece is finished in a waxed lacquer finish.

Founded in 2010, Modern Industry is a modern furniture design and fabrication studio located on Chicago's West side. Devoted to the elegant marriage of hand craftsmanship with technological innovation, we create luxury contemporary furnishings made to be passed down for generations- the antique furniture of the future.
Customers can choose from a variety of domestic hardwoods, including Walnut, Oak, Elm and Maple, finished in a selection of standard finishes, or custom finish matching for an additional fee.
Steel can be finished in a variety of standard patinas, powder coated to any RAL color, or paint matched to any shade for an additional fee.
