20th century, French wood Louis XVI style coffee table
The elegant coffee table was made in France at the beginning of the 20th century in the Louis XVI style. The coffee table has a circular top veneered with wooden essences whose grains create specular chromatic effects and a more excuse edging. At a later stage, a glass top was added to protect the wooden essence. The top is bordered by a golden bronze ring.
The band under the floor also veneered with different wooden essences is enriched by a Greek decorated with gilt bronze flower garlands. A small chest of drawers completes the space under the table top.
The four truncated legs are decorated at the origin and on the tips with golden bronzes.
Of beautiful proportions and graceful and elegant line, this center table can be inserted in any room of your home, either between two sofas or armchairs in a room, or next to a wall of the study or entrance. It can also be exposed in the bathroom or bedroom according to your needs. Very decorative, it is suitable alongside antique and modern furnishings. The glass top allows you to rest lamp or bronze objects without damaging the wooden surface.
