Writing desk in teak and beech with end extensions and two drawers by David Rosen for Nordiska Kompaniet. Sweden 50s. Fully restored.
David Rosen was a Swedish designer whose work is well-known in spite of his obscure biography. He gained recognition through his designs in collaboration with Nordiska Kompaniet. His tables and cabinets stood up by combining fine woods with brass details, genuine Scandinavian modern.
