French 1790s Louis XV Style Walnut and Elm Writing Table with Single Drawer

A French Louis XV style walnut and elm writing table from the late 18th century, with single drawer and cabriole legs. Born in France during the later years of the 18th century, this table features a rectangular planked top with beveled edges and serpentine front, sitting above an exquisite apron, beautifully carved in the front and presenting a single drawer. The desk is raised on four cabriole legs with acanthus leaf motifs. With its graceful lines and rich patina, this Louis XV style table circa 1790 will bring a touch of French elegance to any home, particularly in a bedroom, office or living room.
