Fabulous Italian Pair of Mid-Century Tables w/Custom Mirrored Sunburst Tops

About the Item

A gorgeous pair of custom eglomisé mirror top tables on mid 20th century Italian bases. These mid-century tables have each been fashioned with an artisan-made, 40 inch round-shaped antiqued mirror top, with a verre églomisé sunburst at their center. Verre églomisé is the technique by which a design and gilding is applied to the rear side of the glass, with artistic detail being visible from the front. The mirrors each rest upon pedestal style Italian tables, whose warm wood finish nicely contrasts against the brass banding adorning the top edge, and again about the bottom of the pedestal and onto the round-shaped base, creating an interest and elegance to these pieces. This pair of artisan created sunburst mirrored top & mid-century modern Italian tables will no doubt make a striking addition to your home interior design.
