This incredible buckle was made by NYC sculptor Christopher Ross. Christopher Ross is a NY sculptor whose work has been shown at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, Yale Art Gallery, the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Great Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg, Russia, and the National Museums of Scotland in Edinburgh. Made from 24 carat gold plate, this piece is substantial and measures approximately 6.5"L x 5"H. Preowned/vintage with minimal signs of prior wear (some light scratching noted upon close inspection).. Stamped Christopher Ross 1984. Fits up to a 1in belt strap (belt strap not included).
