A wide brimmed velvet hat by Adolfo in a lush peacock or teal blue. Festooned at the band with a large bow and designed with a mushroom style shape both framing the face and also allowing for an incognito look when worn with large shades ... a la Audrey Hepburn.
CONDITION
Good vintage condition though there are are some signs of dimpled misshaping at the crown due to years of storage ... nothing that truly takes away from the chic design. The Adolfo label is slightly discolored as shown in photograph 9.
MEASUREMENTS
The inner rim measures 21" circumference. The brim is 6" deep tapering to 4" at the back. The crown has a 4" rise with 7" to the center. The bow measures 14.5" wide x 4.5" deep at the ends.
