This is an outstanding Patricia Underwood vintage leather hat with rows and rows gorgeous top stitching and wonderful feather trim. The hat measures 21" at the head band inner circumference, has a 4" brim and is 4.5" high. This came from an estate of clothing and accessories we acquired that had an incredible collection of designer vintage hats from the 1970s and 1980s and it was very well cared for and is in excellent condition.
