About the Item
This truly enchanting 1950's percher hat, rendered in a ruby red velvet, set off by red organza ribbon and finished with a curled matching red feather, is the perfect piece to complete your outfit. The rounded shape of the hat, features wired side tabs, mounted in matching velvet which allow for the hat to be positioned upon your head. The central crown is decorated with a raised red velvet rounded tab, from which the organza ribbon radiates, setting off the velvet trim which joins to curled red feather to the hat beneath the central tab.
