Vintage Navy Blue Straw Fascinator Style Hat With Red Finial

Vintage navy blue straw hat designed with a nod to a sailor's cap. The addition of a vibrant red bead finial lends an air of whimsy and an overall look that is perfect for nautical inspired ensembles. Labeled 'Julian Hilton' and lined with a grosgrain rim. From the living estate of an amazing fashionista who was born in the 1930's and to this day would not step foot from her front door without lipstick and high heels.
CONDITION
Overall in good vintage condition. The rim was slightly misshaped upon acquisition from many years of storage.
MEASUREMENTS
The diameter of the hat measures 8" with a 1.5" rise at the crown with 5.25" to the center crown. The inner grosgrain rim measures 20.5" circumference.
