Inspired by elaborate French Baroque inlaid tabletops, Hermès black and multi-color "Pierres d'Orient et d'Occident" (Stones of the East and the West) silk twill scarf was introduced in 1988 by famed artist Zoe Pauwels. Pauwels has designed over 20 different scarves for Hermès, including the iconic 2013 Valentine’s Day “heart” edition inspired by Hermès’ “De Tout Coeur”. This rare colorway is a must for any connoisseur of fine silk carres! Made in France. Excellent Condition. Box Included.
