Fabulous Francoise Hardy-worthy 1960s Mod marbled white resin sunglasses with oval lenses ringed in black! Med-Large frames.

These rare and highly collectible PIERRE CARDIN sunglasses from circa 1964 are fully foldable. They fold up into an amazingly small package (see picture 3) which is easier to store safely in a pocket or handbag. Such an avant-garde and practical style at the same time! The design features a stylized aviator-shaped tortoise acetate frame. The temporal sides are set off, the right lower than the left, to allow the folding mechanism. It comes with light brown lenses (non prescription). Originally designed for men, they can be worn perfectly by women as well. Engraved "PIERRE CARDIN" inside the right temple. No case.
