About

Seriously a stunning stunning dress - this silk brocade gown form Malcolm Starr is begging ot go to a gala dinner. The color is unbelievable - one of the best hue's of pink I have ever seen, the silk brocade add a level of richness that the photos just cannot convey. Through this brocade run gold and silver threading mixed with a slightly deeper pink thread - these three form stunning motifs of flowers that trail across the gown from top to bottom. A simple bodice with seaming through the bust tops the full length A line skirt. The back is gorgeous, a fairly deep V leaves just the right amount of skin on display and a darling flat bow accents the lower back. It's really a stunner and it is in fantastic condition!

Bust: 17.5” from side seam to side seam

Waist: 12.5” from side seam to side seam

Hips: 19” from side seam to side seam

Bodice: 14” from shoulder to waist seam

Skirt: 40” from waist seam to bottom hem

The dress is fully lined in a stunning matte silk satin in the same vivid pink through the bodice & a silk cotton mix lining through the skirt. The lining is properly attached to the interior, finished with dressmakers ribbon along the hem and hand stitched through the bodice. It closes with a low back painted metal zipper. It should be dry cleaned when cleaned again in the future.

Any of our garments can be purchased directly from the Shrimpton Couture website. Layaway is available, we have a full return policy and items are shipped boxed and freshly cleaned!
