Clear vinyl covered tweed novelty rain coat with belt from the 1960s...Unusual rain coat from the 1970s, unfortunately the label has been removed, but it does retain the original size 10 tag. Clear vinyl coat is quilted over a woven fabric in yellow, pink, green it gives the look of tweed. Notched lapel wrap front coat is full and flares at the hem. On seam side pockets. Fully lined in off white taffeta, with the original wrap self belt. Fits a size small-medium. The vinyl is soft and not stiff. In excellent wearable condition...
