About the Item
This is a vintage Diane Freis 2 piece botanical floral outfit that includes a tunic that can also be worn as a dress, and a pair of wide leg pants!
The beautiful top is styled with a loose fit and a double row of pleated ruffles on the bodice. The lush botanical print is in shades of red, green, purple, green and teal. The keyhole opening at the neck is secured with a matching fabric tie that has beads on the knotted ends. There are also slits on both sides of the top so it can be worn as a dress or a tunic over the matching pants.
The pants are high waisted with wide legs and an elastic waist to fit a range of sizes. This lovely vintage outfit comes with its original optional fabric sash that can be tied in numerous ways. Diane Freis designed her pieces to be easy to wear, easy to pack, and easy to fit a range of sizes.
This Outfit fits from a modern day US size 4-10 comfortably. If you are a size small, you can easily wear it looser, but just be sure to review the shoulder measurements of the top for a good fit.
