1930's Ethereal Ivory-White Satin Floral Applique Bias-Cut Tiered Deco Gown

About

A stunning ivory white shimmer silk-satin gown from the "Old Hollywood" era of glamour. The bodice is a low-cut plunge sleeveless with seductive bias-cut construction. I adore the floral applique belted nipped waist which adds the perfect amount of drama to the garment. The tiered peplum skirting is added in pointed inset seamed pieces typical of the time period and insanely hard to do on bias-cut fabric. This figure flattering garment accentuates the bust, skims the hip and flares out below the knee in an elegant fishtail design. It is impeccably seamed and on the level of modern day couture.

Measurements
Bust:34-35 inches
Waist:up to 28 inches
Hips:up to 37 inches

This antique deco dress is in excellent wearable condition with no rips or holes. The dress slips over the head with side snaps. Only sign of age is a few faint watermarks which are hard to notice. This garment is over 80 years old and is truly spectacular!
