The dress is fashioned in a stunning steel blue polka-dot silk, which is perfect for any season. The bodice is an alluring wide-collar plunge with two middle covered-buttons. I love the lean, long 3/4-length sleeves met by dramatic over-sized cuffs! The hourglass nipped-waist flows into complex triangular pleat-work which really dazzles the eye.
