Extraordinary evening gown, empire-line, with ecru lace feathers covering the bodice with a satin sash above a deep turquoise skirt made of fine pleated silk chiffon.

The dress has been altered at the waist to enlarge it a bit and you can see the old seams in the back on the satin ribbon (see picture 6). Some rings throughout the silk chiffon but not really noticeable because the volume of all the pleats.
