1960s Jo Giovanni Italian Boutique Purple Knit Dress
About the Item
This unusual 1960s Jo Giovanni Italian boutique label purple wool knit dress has some striking design features and would make a wonderful winter warmer! The dress is sleeveless with slightly capped shoulders and a knitted shirt collar which graduates into a narrow V-neckline. The collar features a tie detail which can be arranged like a scarf and is as pleasingly ornamental as it is practical. Tailoring along the breast and waistline gives shape to the piece, which finishes at the mid-calf and would suit the hourglass figure. A single zip fastening runs from the sleeve to the hip to the left of the garment. The dress is fully lined with a soft lilac coloured nylon fabric. In great condition, this dress would best fit a range of sizes up to UK 12, US 8.
