This is a gorgeous holiday evening ensemble! It is vintage from the 1970's and includes a black shimmering metallic knit outfit includes a pair of flared pants, a long sleeve sweater top and a detachable dickie with rhinestone embellished buttons. It has a nice sparkle to it, and can be worn without the dickie as more casual ensemble.
This gorgeous outfit came from an estate we acquired that included the best designer fashions from the 1970s and 1980s. Even her unlabeled pieces were the most unique and interesting we have seen! We love wearing jumpsuits and pant ensembles as evening dress alternatives.
The label is Howard Lawrence for Maisonette, and it is labeled size 6. The top closes with a metal zipper down center back, and the pants have no closure, just elastic waist band. This knit outfit has a lot of stretch and is very form fitting. It would fit a size 2 to 6.
